In that moment, you deeply resonate with her emotions. Perhaps you've encountered a similar situation, and memories of those feelings flood back, allowing you to empathise with her perspective.

If you've ever felt a strong desire to support someone, you've most likely tapped into empathy—a vital emotional skill. It creates understanding and compassion, contributing to a more interconnected and supportive environment. Moreover, helping others in need brings about positive feelings and reinforces bonds.
